| Registration of WEBMASTERS.COM's US, UK and international domain names is open to qualified
organizations and individuals on a non-discriminatory, first-come
first-served basis. There is no limit on the number of registered
names one organization or person can hold. |

| Fees And
Renewals |
|
| The annual registration fee is $30 due in US dollars at the time of
registration. Registration renewal fees are due within 30 days of
the registration anniversary date each year. If a renewal fee is not
paid within that time period, the name will be deleted from our domain
database and become available for others to register. |
|
| Refunds |
|
| All registrations are considered final and are not refundable after the
transaction has been processed. |
|
| Free
Domain Policy |
|
| Registration of one domain name per website is free when registrants host their
websites with WEBMASTERS.COM. To qualify, registrants must set up
their hosting account within 30 days of registration at which time
we will refund the entire registration fee of $30. In the event a
hosting account is set up more than 30 days after registration, we
will refund only the unused portion of the registration fee. The
regular registration fee is payable in full immediately upon
termination of a hosting account with WEBMASTERS.COM, as failure
to do so may result in the deletion of your domain name. This offer
is not available for .com, .net, and .org domains. |

| Required Contact Information |
|
| All domain name
registrations require valid owner and technical contact information.
Any registrations containing invalid contact information will not be
accepted. All current registrations with invalid contact information
will be suspended until the contact information is corrected. |

| Renewal Notices |
|
| Renewal notices
will be sent via email 30 days prior to the expiration date of the
registration. It is your responsibility to make sure we have your
correct email address for billing. |
|
| Payment Methods |
|
| We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Novus/Discover credit cards. Payment must be made
online at the time of registration. In the event of a chargeback or
credit card payment denial by a bank, the domain name registration
will be cancelled, and the domain will immediately become available
for registration to others. |
|
| Activation |
|
| A newly
registered domain name will be activated within 48 hours of
registration. |
|
| Acceptable Domain Names |
|
| Domain names can be from 1 to 62 characters in length (we do not recommend more than
23 characters), and may not begin or end with a dash (-) or contain
any spaces between characters. Except for the dash (-) character,
only alphanumeric characters A-Z and 0-9 are accepted. We reserve
the right to deny registration of a domain name we deem offensive or
inappropriate for any reason. |

| Acceptable Use |
|
| All registrants agree to use their domain name in a lawful manner consistent with generally
accepted business and moral standards. Although we will not restrict
free speech, we reserve the right to require a registrant to cease
to use a registered domain name for a purpose that is deemed to be
grossly offensive to a very large group of internet users. |
|
| Registrants also agree that, to the best of their knowledge, the name they are
registering does not infringe on any trademark or violate any
trademark and intellectual property law. If it is later found that a
trademark infringement may have occurred, and a dispute arises, the
registrant must agree to be bound by our Domain Name Dispute
Resolution Policy. |

| Unacceptable Use |
|
| Use of any domain name for a purpose unlawful in the United States of America and any
of its states is prohibited, and could cause deletion of your domain
name. |
|
| The sending of unsolicited bulk email (spam) is also prohibited and constitutes a
violation of the registration agreement. |
|
| WEBMASTERS.COM
can in its sole discretion revoke, suspend, transfer or otherwise
modify a domain name registration upon seven (7) calendar days prior
notice, or at such time as we receive a properly authenticated order
from a court of competent jurisdiction, or arbitration award,
requiring the revocation, suspension, transfer or modification of
the domain name registration. In the case of nonpayment, chargeback
or other direct violation of these terms and conditions, registrant
agrees that we can in its sole discretion revoke, suspend, transfer
or otherwise modify a domain name registration without notice. |
