This Agreement ("Agreement") is between WEBMASTERS.COM, its parent company, NetTuner Corporation, a Florida corporation ("WEBMASTERS.COM") headquartered at 3003 West Stovall Street, Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33629 and the party specified in the order form annexed hereto and incorporated herein by reference ("Order"). Such party shall be referred to herein as the "Partner" and shall enter into this Agreement by clicking on the Submit button of the Order.

For good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:

1. We reserve the right to amend the rules and payouts of our Partnership program at any time. All commissions earned prior to any policy change, however, will be honored and disbursed.
2. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or terminate any potential or existing Partner at our discretion. Partners agree not to represent themselves as our principals or employees.
3. A 10% commission will be paid to all Partners if any visitor to their site clicks on a link, and is directed to our website using their assigned linking code, and then signs up for our Business or Family Hosting plan. The commission will be paid on the total amount the customer pays for annual hosting, plus any additional options.
4. The commission earned on each sale will be a one time payment and is non recurring.
5. In the event of a chargeback or non payment by a referred customer, Partner agrees to forfeit any commissions earned on that sale. In the event a customer elects to pay by check, no commission payment will be issued until the check is received and clears our bank.
6. In the event we discover that any Partner generated false sales or attempted to defraud us in any way, that Partner's status will immediately be cancelled and all commissions earned will be forfeited.
7. Payment cycles run to the last day of each month. Checks are issued in US Dollars and mailed within 30 days of the end of the cycle. Commissions totaling less than $25 for any given month will be held until that level is reached, and disbursed then.
8. Our buttons, banners, or any text links can be used to promote this program. All banners and buttons must load from the partners' servers and should only be linked to us using the assigned Partner's linking code.
9. We do not accept Partners with websites containing content that violates any statute or law, or is used without permission from any third party.
10. We do not tolerate any types of SPAM to promote our Partnership program using unsolicited bulk e-mail, newsgroup postings or any such method. Any Partner found to be engaging in such activities will be terminated, and all commissions earned will be forfeited.
